Terms and conditions

  1. General Provisions and Contact Details

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules governing the use of the Norvell Polska online store available at: https://norvellpolska.pl.

The store is operated by Bad Peach Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Ciasna 12A/5, 00-232 Warsaw, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS: 0001143662, NIP: 5253027724, REGON: 540400566 (the “Seller”).

  1. Technical Requirements

To use the Store, you must have:

  • a device with internet access and a web browser,
  • an active email address.
  1. Personal Data

The Seller acts as the data controller of customers’ personal data.

Full details on how personal data is processed are set out in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Placing Orders and Customer Accounts

You may purchase goods (“Goods”) from the Store:

  • without creating an account, or
  • by registering a customer account (“Account”).

To place an order, select the Goods, add them to your basket, and complete the checkout process by choosing delivery and payment options.

Product descriptions and prices constitute an invitation to treat under applicable law.

You must provide all required information necessary to complete the order, and optionally billing details for a VAT invoice.

If you create an Account, registration is a one-time process. You may also log in using social media or a Google account.

An Account allows you to:

  • access your order history,
  • complete future purchases more quickly.

You may delete your Account at any time free of charge by contacting: sklep@norvellpolska.pl.

By clicking “Buy and Pay” (or equivalent), you:

  • submit an offer to purchase the Goods,
  • confirm your obligation to pay for the Goods and delivery.

A contract of sale is formed once the Seller confirms acceptance of your order by email.

If the order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed and any payment will be refunded accordingly.

You agree to receive invoices electronically.

The Seller is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend an order where provided details are inaccurate or raise concerns.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

Available payment methods include:

  • online bank transfers, BLIK, and digital wallets via Shoper Payments (Autopay),
  • payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic).

Online payments are processed by Autopay S.A.

  1. Delivery

Delivery is available:

  • via courier services,
  • to InPost Paczkomat

An order is deemed fulfilled when it is dispatched to the carrier.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day unless stated otherwise.

Delivery is currently available within Poland only.

  1. Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer (or a qualifying sole trader under Polish law), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify the Seller:

  • by email, or
  • in writing.

You must return the Goods within 14 days at your own cost.

The Seller will refund:

  • the price of the Goods,
  • the cost of standard delivery (lowest available option).

Refunds may be withheld until the Goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the Goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

  1. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • personalised or custom-made goods,
  • perishable goods,
  • sealed items opened after delivery where hygiene is a concern,
  • sealed audio/video/software once unsealed,
  • goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery,
  • newspapers and magazines (except subscriptions),
  • goods subject to financial market fluctuations,
  • certain alcoholic beverages.
  1. Complaints

The Seller is obliged to provide Goods in conformity with the contract.

Complaints may be submitted by email or in writing and will be processed within 14 days.

Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation, consumer ombudsman services, or arbitration courts.

Further information is available via the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).

  1. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law.

The contract is concluded in the Polish language.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

The Seller may amend these Terms; changes apply to orders placed after publication.

Effective date: 20 February 2026.

Account Terms

  1. General Provisions

These Account Terms govern the use of a customer account in the Store.

The Account is a free, supplementary digital service.

  1. Functionality

With an Account, you may:

  • store personal details,
  • view order history,
  • track order status.
  1. Account Agreement

Creating an Account forms an agreement for an indefinite period.

You may delete your Account at any time or withdraw within 14 days.

  1. Complaints

Complaints are handled in accordance with the Store Terms.

  1. Personal Data

Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes

The Seller may amend these Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your Account with 14 days’ notice.
