Returns
If you are a consumer or a so-called "privileged entrepreneur" (sole trader with consumer rights), you may withdraw from the online sales agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product (delivery).

We will immediately confirm the receipt of your withdrawal statement. Following this, please send the returned goods to: Bad Peach Sp. z o.o., Ciasna12A/5 str., 00-232 Warsaw.
Upon receiving the goods, we will refund your payment immediately, no later than within 14 days.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, the right of return does not apply if the factory seals have been broken, removed, or tampered with.

Complaints
For goods purchased from January 1, 2023, onwards, we are liable to consumers and "privileged entrepreneurs" for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and revealed within 2 years of that time, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other business entities, we are liable according to the provisions of the Civil Code.
For goods purchased until December 31, 2022, we are liable under the warranty for defects (rękojmia) if the defect is found within 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Civil Code.
If you believe that the purchased product is non-compliant with the contract or defective, you may file a complaint.

In the complaint description: please specify the product concerned and describe the issue. You should also indicate your preferred resolution (replacement, repair, refund, price reduction, etc.).

Send the package with the complained product to our address.
Please note: We do not accept "Cash on Delivery" (COD) shipments.
Complaints are processed no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
